Just lie down in bed for almost instant relief...
My friend Nick had bad sciatica pain.
In the last few years, it's woken him up around 2:00 a.m. almost every night.
When he finally mentioned it a few weeks ago, I said, “Nick, I wish you would have told me sooner. I can show you a few ways to stop the pain and get back to sleep immediately.”
“You don't even have to leave your bed.”
He looked at me suspiciously and asked, “Like what?!”
“Well, for instance. If your wife is awake, you could ask her to pull on...”
He stopped me mid-sentence. “Jesse, you know I'm a married man. My wife hasn't done that in years!”
We both laughed.
“No, no, no Nick. I'm not talking about THAT!”
“Pull on my feet?! How will that make my pain go away?”
I then explained one of the most overlooked causes of back and sciatica pain. And why this “leg pulling” technique makes you feel better so quickly.
Here's what I told him...
Imagine slamming a car door shut on your finger. How much better would you feel after simply opening the door?
A lot, right?
Well, too much pressure inside your back can cause pain, too (by squeezing the tendons, ligaments, muscles, nerves and discs in and around your spine).
And just like pulling open a car door takes the pressure off of your finger, a gentle pull on your legs creates space inside your hips and spine.
How much less pain can you expect to feel?
Researchers from the Marquette University in Milwaukee used EMG sensors (which record electrical activity produced by muscles) to find out. They hooked these sensors up to people suffering from back pain...and...had them try something similar to the “leg pulling” technique.
It took just 10 seconds for EMG recorded back pain levels to drop 35%...
There are two downsides to this...
The first piece of bad news is once the pressure returns so does the pain. So this fix is instant and will give you a few hours or relief. But it won't last forever...
I'll show you how to get long lasting and even permanent pain relief in a moment.
The second is your spouse won't exactly be a “happy camper” if you wake them up at 2:00 am every morning just because YOU can't sleep.
So, I gave Nick two more “techniques” to stop the pain fast.
Here's the first one...
I call it the “dangling leg” technique, and it works like this:
Step 1: Lie in bed on your back
Step 2: Relax
Just like the “leg pulling” technique, the weight from your legs hanging off the bed gently releases built up pressure inside your hips and spine. As soon as this is removed, pain diminishes as well...
If you've been in pain for years, START SLOWLY! The LACK of pressure may be a surprising sensation. Don't confuse this for pain. Rome wasn't built in a day, and, your back pain won't go away forever in just one session either.
Let your feet hang for just a few seconds at a time. Relax. And try again. Repeat a few times a day.
Using any of the three methods you'll learn about in this letter...
Speaking of surgery, this can also save you from going under the knife.
You see, back and sciatica pain is a warning. It's a sign there is TOO MUCH pressure building up inside of you. And just like you can't pump up a balloon with more air forever, sooner or later, something inside you will “pop” if you don't release the pressure.
But where exactly does all this pressure come from?
Dr. Nabil Ebraheim, the professor and chairman from the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery University Toledo Medical Center wanted to know. So he ran some tests and found the following interesting facts:
Interesting Fact #1: When lying flat on the ground there are only 55 pounds of pressure inside the discs of your spine.
Interesting Fact #2: When you stand, that pressure increases to 220 pounds of pressure (that's a 400% increase!).
Interesting Fact #3: Sit down and the pressure jumps to 308 pounds (or, 560% more than when you lounge on the floor.)
Interesting Fact #4: Lean forward a little while sitting - like you may when working at a computer - and the pressure skyrockets to a whopping 408 pounds (that's 741% times more than when you are lying down!).
How often during the day do you stand, sit or lean over?
In essence, anything other than lying flat on your back...
It gets worse, too...
Extra weight, poor muscle tone and poor posture can cause even more pressure.
All of this increases your risk of pain, injury, and permanent damage...
Nick Shamie, MD, associate professor of orthopedic neurosurgery at UCLA and a spokesman for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons explains what this does over time...
And because so many people sit and stand for so many hours a day...
The reason why the “leg pulling” and “dangling leg” techniques I showed you earlier stop pain is because they remove much of this pressure off your spinal vertebrae and discs (and all the surrounding muscles, ligaments, and tendons).
This is called decompression therapy.
It's so effective at relieving the worst cases of back pain that it's...
Many soldiers use decompression therapy to help recover from brutal workouts and strenuous conditions!
The U.S. Army uses decompression therapy to protect soldiers' battle-worn spines, mobilize their joints and increase circulation throughout their muscles and ligaments. This keeps them flexible, agile and much more resistant to injury.
And while this works wonders to combat the damage caused by hard-core training (overuse injuries), it works equally well for office workers who sit all day long and suffer from underuse injuries.
Case in point...
Volvo requires their employees to use decompression therapy daily!
A few years ago Volvo (the car manufacturer) threatened to make their employees pay for their own health benefits if they didn't use decompression therapy every single day (on company time I might add).
And you know what happened?
The first year after this strategy was implemented...Volvo employees missed 55% less hours of work!
Researchers from the prestigious Newcastle University in England followed a group of patients scheduled for surgery due to herniated discs and severe sciatic pain. They were prescribed decompression therapy...and... within a month 71% cancelled their upcoming back surgery!
This is more important than many realize. Did you know - according to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine - a whopping 3 out of every 4 of back surgeries fail?
And these failed surgeries put people back in pain sooner than you'd think...
He should know, too...
From 1986 to 1993 he specialized in spinal fusion surgery. At the time, this was a “cutting-edge” treatment, and where he worked (Seattle, WA) they did about nine times as many spine surgeries as anywhere else in the country.
Yet he gave up his lucrative career after he discovered his own surgery success rate was only 44%.
Do you really want to roll the dice on surgery when the BEST spine surgeons in the country ADMITTEDLY succeed less than half the time?
Do you want to spend your days hobbled by back and sciatica pain? Unable to sleep through the night? Waking up in pain every morning? Unable to focus on work, travel, enjoy time with family and friends, or do any of the million other things you could do before pain consumed your life?
Of course not. Nobody does...
Which is why I think you'd be interested to know more about a simple solution that stops pain quick...can save you from back surgery...and, if used on a daily basis for just...
Just like it helped me...
My name is Jesse Cannone.
I was born with an unnaturally twisted spine. The condition is called scoliosis. And as you can imagine, it hurts.
I visited many doctors when I was younger. Some wanted me put on drugs. Some recommended a back brace (to be worn up to 23 hours a day). Another doctor wanted to cut me open and fuse my spine together.
All in an effort to “manage” my pain.
When everything traditional medicine prescribed failed, I figured it was up me. I was the one in pain. And I was the one who had to figure it out.
I promised myself I'd learn how to manage my pain myself.
Instead, using natural methods (no drugs and no surgery) I was able to stop the source of my pain altogether.
From this experience I founded (along with my co-founder and friend Steve Hefferon) the Healthy Back Institute® in 2003.
Our goal is to give people the information and tools they need to stop pain at the source. Since then, our advisory board of 7 doctors and medical professionals have helped over 500,000 people in over 123 different countries.
And one of the most effective treatments we recommend is a type of decompression therapy called inversion.
In fact, it's the second “extra” technique I gave Nick... but the one I told him would have the best long-term impact on his pain. Only I told him about this new, easier way to do it...
You may have seen inversion tables before.
Now, by turning old-fashioned inversion tables into a comfortable padded seat, getting started with decompression therapy has never been easier.
Here's how it works:
Snug the ankle pads and seat belt in place
As you lean back, the chair automatically converts to a flat table. As your head dips down and your feet rise up, gravity and your own body weight combine to gently stretch your back.
And that's when the magic happens.
Space between compacted vertebrae increases. Pressure on spinal discs is relieved. Bulging and herniated discs begin to heal - and even slip back into their normal position. Tight muscles, tendons and ligaments start to release their death grip.
And once those pinched nerves find room to exit the spinal canal without irritation...
You get near-instantaneous pain relief.
There are three big advantages this seated inversion therapy system has over old-fashioned inversion tables. They all have to do with putting you in LESS pain. And they are all equally important.
First (and most obvious) is that you sit in it rather than stand it. By sitting, you are more stable. This extra support makes a seated decompression table much easier to strap yourself into.
It's the difference between leaning back into a barber’s chair...versus...teetering atop a flimsy ladder.
It's just EASIER and more stable to use a seated inversion therapy system rather than a wobbly inversion table. (The LAST thing you want when your back is seizing up is to fiddle with a bunch of straps while trying to balance on a tiny footstep hovering a foot off the ground).
Secondly, is it easy for you to bend over and touch your toes while you are standing up? No? Well then consider this...
How are you going to reach down and secure the ankle straps while standing in an old-fashioned inversion table? More importantly, how are you going to grab the release to get out?
I know from experience, it's not easy when your back is in pain.
You'll never have to deal with this problem with the seated inversion therapy system. You don't have to balance yourself while you bend over. Since you are in a seated position, the ankle straps that secure your feet remain within easy reach.
If you can put your shoes on while sitting down, the seated inversion therapy system will be a breeze for you to use.
And while we're on the topic of “security,” you may be wondering...
That only happens with inferior, possibly dangerous, and cheaply made inversion tables.
I gladly admit our seated inversion therapy system is not the cheapest table on the market. That's because it's made with only the highest quality components and craftsmanship. True quality simply doesn't come cheap.
Plus, unlike standing inversion tables, the seated inversion therapy system has a built in belt that secures around your lap.
This not only provides an added level of safety, but also helps distribute the load around your hips...so your ankles and knees don't take all of the strain (great for people with injured ankles or knees).
And third, many standing inversion tables (especially the really cheap models) are designed with a metal bar that goes right across the middle of your back - ouch!
It's there because that's where the table pivots from, so that's where the extra strength is needed.
Do you think it's comfortable to lie down with a metal bar across your back?
In fact, one of my first inversion tables dug into my back right where the disc bulged out! I couldn't tell when I started to rotate back, but boy did it hurt when I tried to come back up the first time.
It felt like someone hit me with a baseball bat!
I wish I would have known that before I bought it. What a waste of money!
Because the seated inversion therapy system is made of soft foam from top to bottom, you won't get any “pressure points” digging into your spine.
And don't think for a second you need to totally invert...
The seated inversion therapy system is different.
It's not just a collection of nuts and bolts; it's a vacation for your spine. A getaway from the never-ending stress of gravity.
Treat your back to seated decompression just 7 minutes a day and you'll be rewarded with years of pain free living. Not to mention lower risk of spending a small fortune on medical bills like I did.
And you are always in FULL CONTROL:
You have full control over how far you lean back by using the locking tether strap. I recommend starting with an easy 15 degrees of tilt (that's the same lean angle Volvo employees used to improve their health). Large padded handles on both sides of the chair make it easy to invert and return to a sitting position.
Plus the seated inversion therapy system is designed to help improve your entire family's health for years to come. It is:
Listen to what people who were in pain just like you are saying...
"I had used a regular inversion table, but was too paranoid to go totally upside down.
The seated inversion table helps because the waist strap keeps me calm. It’s helps me mentally let go so I can relax.
I couldn’t do that with any other inversion table.
It’s now part of my morning routine. When I wake up I’m in the most pain. Like a level 8 pain. After just 5 minutes upside down I’m down to a 3 or 4.
My kids thought I was crazy for spending money on the seated inversion table. But if you’re not in the type of pain I go through, you just don’t understand. I’m glad I didn’t listen to them."
- Honey Saylor
"After doing my own research I came upon your site and the suggestion of an inversion table. Reading the literature for inversion all made a lot of sense to me, and for what I paid for three visits to the chiropractor (since the insurance did not cover this) I had myself an inversion table. I used it as recommended and started out at about 45 degrees for two weeks each day for 10 to 15 minutes right before bed.
After two weeks I was a little better and I was ready to go fully inverted, which I did for another month 10 to 15 minutes almost each day right before bed.
After that month I was 100% better. I could not believe the results
Today I tell everyone of this wonderful table that has given me my life back, as I enjoy volleyball and softball at my age of 51.
The pain used to be so bad, sitting was the worst and what really scared me was the fact that my left foot tingled almost continuously. I thought for sure surgery was going to be once again the only solution. I am so thankful for your site and the information that you provide so people like me can get relief from one of the worst types of everyday pain one can experience. Today I use the table as a relaxation and stretch after a workout or a sport activity, which is usually 3-4 times per week. I would never give it up and will certainly use it the rest of my life. I now do crunches using the table and the results really show. Thank you again for a wonderful product that really works as advertised."
"I am a diagnostic radiologist who abused his back through sports, hard work and horses for years. About seven years ago, I began to experience back and left leg pain that progressed rapidly. An MRI revealed a lot of degenerative changes in my lumbar spine with two intervertebral discs that were herniated and for all practical purposes 'worn out.' Five years ago I began to experience numbness in some of my left toes with sciatica in the left hip and leg, which progressed to constant pain, loss of feeling and then loss of motor function in my left toes.
A friend who is a sales rep for radiographic equipment, whom I have known for 15 years, told me he had become pain free in about two months using an inversion table. I ordered one that day. In one week of use, twice to three times per day, the numbness in my toes improved 100%. During the second week, I slept my first pain free night in five years."
- Ken Hamilton, M.D.
My wife bought me your inversion chair quite a few months ago because of back pain I have suffered most of my life. I thought it was probably just another one of those things you spend money on, but they don’t do you any good. After reading your newsletters and watching your videos I decided to give it a try. After about a week I noticed that my back didn't hurt anymore and I can say that I am virtually pain free for the first time that I can remember.
I would like to thank you very much for opening my eyes to a system that really does work like you say it does. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate what you have done for me by making me aware of the benefits of inversion therapy. Thank you again and I will be reading your newsletters regularly for all the benefits they (you) provide. Forever grateful!"
- Robert O.
Transportation Supervisor, Auburn, Ca.
"In May, I herniated the L5-S1 disc. My doctor recommended drugs and pain management, but the meds made me sick and I had a several week wait to go to pain management. The pain was intolerable, and I was having a hard time being pleasant at work. Home was a whole other story! I was telling a neighbor about it, and she suggested I come to her house and try her inversion table.
The first time I tried it, the pain down my leg almost completely disappeared.
I borrowed her table and as long as I use it, I feel good. I have gotten better and better. I take Aleve when I do have pain, cancelled pain management and am my sweet old self at home and work. Since I couldn't keep my neighbor's table forever, I have purchased my own and have a couple of friends anxious to try it. I am sooooo happy. I am 60 years old and never expected to feel this well again."
- J. Grieder, The Villages, FL
I have gone from being bed ridden to working in the garden, cutting down trees and just doing darn well anything that I can and want too.
I have also told friends and family ow wonderful your system is and how it has help me not to have surgery, for that is what I was told that I needed.
Thanks for the pain relief."
- Mel Kauffman
"I am and 54 year old nurse, and have had painful Sciatica for the last 4 years. I have tried massage, acupuncture, traditional medicines and Chinese medicine. It had gotten to a point where I could not even stand in the shower without having to cry because of the pain which radiated from the left side of my buttock all the way to my ankle. My life as far as I saw it was literally gone. My garden is my pride and joy , but have not been able to work it for many years.
When I looked in the mirror (with no clothes on) I saw a very old woman who was so lopsided that it made me cry. Traveling was no longer an option for me, because I would have to hang on or hold on to a cart or walker. I thought to myself that I will end up in a wheel chair with in a few years.
I have been communicating with the Lose the Back Pain® web site and they had a advertisement about the inversion table. What did I have to lose? I received the table just after Christmas 2006, I am on there twice a day for no more than 5 minutes at a time. After 1 week I am no longer lopsided, I no longer hurt and am able to walk, dance, run, garden and shower with NO pain. What a blessing inversion is. My husband is so happy to see that I am no longer in pain and smiling. I believe that I have grown a few inches which makes my clothes fit better."
– R. Baak, Perris, CA
"I started with Lose the Back Pain® in May 07. I do my Sciatica Exercise every other day now, and not to jinx myself but I've been one hundred percent for the last five months. I've eased back into my regular daily exercise as well.
After the first few weeks of prescribed exercise, I started using an inversion table and got immediate relief. Thank you again!"
- Robert R.
"We recently received the inversion table. Assembly was surprisingly easy, instructions were great, and the quality of this product is amazing for the cost we paid for it. We're looking forward to experiencing the benefits. Thanks for an outstanding product in a time when so many others are cheaply made, yet overpriced. Yours is the way it should be."
- S. Barnhart, Lititz, PA
"The reason I haven't bought an inversion table from you is that I already have one. I absolutely love it. I also love the Trigger Point System which I purchased from you a while ago. It's brilliantly simple, and simply brilliant!!! I love all the great tips you send via your emails. I look forward to receiving more in the future. Your help has certainly made my back injury much easier to handle."
Sally B, Australia
"I signed up for your Lose the Back Pain® system a year ago and with the inversion table I also got from you, I've seen dramatic improvements in my lifestyle and things I can do again because I'm not in pain. I'm a true believer in your system and tell all that want to listen about it. Keep up the good work!"
- Chris S.
"Just a note to let you know that I have been using my inversion table, the bad pain in my lower left leg and the strong pain in my left butt cheek have vanished. I didn't respond before now because I was trying to be sure it was gone before I personally thanked you for this tremendous invention. I've done pain killers, therapy, and doctors. They said, 'Just something you'll have to live with'. Thank you and your staff."
- Franklin Bair
"Interesting...I am one of those patients who cancelled my back surgery because inversion therapy worked for me!! I suffered with chronic back pain and sciatica for three years! I have a herniated disc (L4-L5), had 5 epidural injections, physical therapy, chiropractc therapy...you name it!!
This was my last resort before surgery... I bought my inversion table about 6 weeks before my surgery. Two weeks before I was to go "under the knife" for microdiscectomy, my pain diminished by 90% ...good enough for me, and glad to be off anti-inflammatory medications as well. I'm a believer!!"
- Diane T.
"I have purchased and use your "Lose the Back Pain®" system. It got me out of trouble, out of pain and I'm glad I made the investment. I also purchased my inversion table due to your emails. I believe the inversion table is well worth the investment. I find many of your emails extremely valuable, and plan to make additional purchases."
"I suffered for 5 months and I now know it was needless suffering because the inversion table got rid of the pain in less than a month!
I'm sure there are many people out there suffering who could also benefit but are reluctant to spend the money because it was not recommended by their doctor. I do not understand why chiropractors do not have this table in their office. It makes no sense."
- Joe M.
“I bought the seated decompression table because I have scoliosis, and I thought it might help. My chiropractor thought it was a good idea. Now, I use it every day and it helps me stay pain free. My whole family uses it. Also, my husband is in manufacturing and he says it is very well built.”
- Sandra Pine, Saint Paul, Minnesota
“I had back surgery (L5-S1) in 2000. I'm a field service engineer, so I'm always fixing something. Stuff isn't always in the best position to pick up, so I'm always bending down and twisting. I use the seated decompression table after a hard day for pain relief and to avoid future surgery.”
- Charles Hardage, Little Rock, Arkansas
“I had a knee replacement and my previous “back stretcher” required me to kneel which would put too much pressure on my knee. The table has no impact on the knee. Every Friday I play disc golf and use the table before and after each game. I've had 4 back surgeries and a bad back since 1982, and now I use seated decompression almost every day. If I don't my pain is a lot worse.”
- Jody McCann, Madison, Wisconsin
“I've got bulges in L4-L5 and L5-S1 since 1994. Probably from powerlifting for over 9 years. I did not want to get surgery. I used a chiropractor for years, but no longer have to thanks to the seated decompression table. It keeps me out of pain and out of the operating room.”
- Alan Mayo, Toledo, Ohio
You should also know this not only helps heal your back, it's good for you all over. Since inverting increases circulation throughout your whole body, the seated inversion therapy system also:
Improves Sleep - on his show, Dr. Oz shared how this secret helps release serotonin and endorphins, two key hormones that regulate sleep cycles.
Fights Depression - serotonin and endorphins also keep you from feeling down in the dumps.
Helps Mental Function - Da Vinci Code author Dan Brown uses it daily to improve mental clarity and credits inversion for helping him break through writer's block (studies show the brain operates 14% more accurately when using this).
And since you can't get the “love juices” flowing without healthy circulation, lots of people who use this suddenly find themselves enjoying...
It can even make you more sexually attractive too!
Actress Eva Mendes claims it keeps her skin beautiful (other celebrities like Martha Stewart, Ozzy Osbourne, Lance Armstrong and Regis Philbin all advocate it's use as well).
The best way I can explain it is like the 1985 film Cocoon starring Don Ameche, Wilford Brimley and Jessica Tandy. In the movie, a group of senior citizens swim in a pool of alien cocoons then suddenly feel like they did in their 20's...
Likewise, the seated inversion therapy system can help you look, perform and feel better than you have in decades!
And just like the movie, a “quick dip” is all you need. Just 7 minutes a day will have you feeling years younger.
It would put him in the poor house!
Do you think your doctor could afford to buy a new Mercedes every year if he told you to just lie on your bed and let your legs dangle off?
Of course not...
Even the least expensive surgery will put a few thousand in his pocket. And there's no way drug manufacturers will continue paying him lucrative kickbacks if he stops writing prescriptions.
Some doctors, physical therapists or chiropractors may actually offer a similar therapy...
Like the DRX-9000 spinal decompression machine. Or in-office pelvic traction. Or chiropractic adjustments for “subluxations” (a fancy word meaning your spine is out of alignment).
This isn't a one time thing either. They'll likely suggest a minimum of 20 treatments. And, naturally, you'll have to go into the office each time... and get billed accordingly.
This can easily add up to $5,000 or more. If your insurance covers it, and it's not too painful to drive, these are great options.
If not, your co-pay may end up costing you thousands of dollars.
What they're unlikely to tell you is how you can get the same... no, better... benefits by having a seated inversion therapy system in your home.
You see, when you go to the doctor, physical therapist or chiropractor for decompression, you may get pain relief for a little while. But in a day or a few days later... that pain comes back.
It all comes down to the fact that it only takes about a millimeter of movement to allow the disc matter...tight ligaments...or bound up muscles clamping down on your nerve to back off, resulting in instant pain relief.
But it takes gentle, daily decompression to maintain elasticity.
Chances are, you're not going to be able to get in to see your chiropractor or doctor every single day, possibly twice a day, to get the consistent decompression you need for lasting relief.
However, when you have the seated inversion therapy system in your home, you'll be able to get the pain-relieving stretch anytime you need it. And you'll only ever pay for it once.
And, if you live in the continental United States, I will pay for the shipping and handling costs out of my own pocket to get it to you, so you don't even have to worry about that.
* Free shipping US only - excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
To order from outside the continental United States please call 1-800-216-4908.
The seated inversion therapy system is only $399. Or three payments of $143. But you have a full three months to decide if you really want to pay for it because...
Like I just mentioned, while the seated inversion therapy system will give you immediate relief - it takes daily use to stretch everything out for good - so when the pain goes away, it stays away.
That's why I want you to have a full three months - that's 90 days - to put seated decompression to the test. And during that time I'm taking all the risk by extending you my exclusive triple guarantee:
First, my “7 Minute, 15 Degree” Guarantee. Remember, decompression works fast and there's no need for you to hang completely upside down. Just 7 minutes a day at 15 degrees gives you relief.
By all means, you can go further if it feels good. Studies show 60 degrees delivers the maximum benefit. And the seated inversion therapy system can easily take you that far if you can handle it. But you don't have to. Try 7 minutes a day at 15 degrees and I guarantee your back will thank you.
Second, my personal 100% Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason - or no reason whatsoever, you are not 100% satisfied with the seated inversion therapy system just return it anytime within 90 days for a 100% refund of your purchase price.
And third, beyond my personal 90-day guarantee, you are also covered by a One-Year Manufacturer Warranty which protects you against any rare defect that might slip through the manufacturing process.
I understand that I have a full 90 days to test-drive the Seated Inversion - Spinal Decompression System and if I don't believe it's a better option than drugs, surgery or expensive machines... I can send it back for a prompt refund (minus shipping and restocking fee).

And not just about the seated inversion therapy system. Our massage therapists, physical therapy assistants and other back pain experts are at your beck and call to provide the best support in the industry for ANY REASON.
You can't put a price tag on pain, but...
If this saves you just ONE trip to the doctor... just ONE visit to physical therapy... just ONE trip to the emergency room, then, conservatively speaking, this is a real world value of at least $100.
But if just ONE email or ONE phone call can save you from years of pain or even surgery, I don't think it's a stretch to say this could be worth thousands of dollars in your pocket!
(Good luck getting that kind of support anywhere else).
In short... you get a friend for life AND I'm taking all the risk.
And three months will give you MORE than enough time to experience lasting pain relief. In fact - if you're like most people - three months from now the ONLY time you'll use the seated inversion therapy system is to...
The fact is, after 3 months of using this for just 7 minutes a day... at just a lean 15 degree angle... I doubt you'll NEED the seated inversion therapy system for anything other than the occasional flare-up.
175 patients with back pain so bad they couldn't work started on a regiment of decompression therapy. After just 8 treatment sessions, a remarkable 155 (that's 88.6%!) felt so good they were able to return to work full-time.
Imagine how good you would feel if you used this for 3 months straight!
Because of the size of the boxes the seated inversion therapy system comes in, we can only fit 500 in our warehouse at a time.
When these sell out, we have to wait a few weeks longer while new ones are built and shipped to our warehouse.
If this happens, you won't be able to get your hands on one until new stock comes in.
So, you see, it's very important that you order right now, while it's on your mind. Don't risk having to wait for relief while someone else is using YOUR seated inversion therapy system!
Yours for a pain-free life,

P.S. Below are a list of common questions we receive about the seated inversion therapy system.
Q: Why hasn't my doctor told me about decompression therapy?
A: Two reasons...
1. Because he might lose his medical license or get sued! Unfortunately, today doctors have to make decisions based on standard practices or procedures only approved by insurance companies. In fact, it can be a legal liability for doctors to deviate from these practices even if they believe it is in your benefit. Their hands are tied.
2. And then there is the financial incentive. A back surgeon stands to pocket at least a few thousand dollars when he wheels you into an operating room. He would lose out on that money if he recommended anything other than surgery.
Q: Can't the sudden strain of turning upside down hurt my back more?
A: Just because you can invert up to 60 degrees (the angle of maximum effectiveness discovered by researchers) doesn't mean you have to. A Ferrari can fly down the highway like a rocket or putz around the neighborhood at 25 mph. Likewise, you don't have to go “full throttle” on your first outing with the seated inversion therapy system.
I recommend everyone lean back just 15 degrees the first time (you can limit the amount of lean with the included limiting strap). This way you can test what a little bit of inversion feels like without going all the way.
Q: Won't all of the benefits of inversion go away the second I come right side up again?
A: No. Like a turkey baster sucking up gravy from a baking pan, the process of decompression creates a “vacuum” inside your spine.
Not only does this create space to remove pressure on your nerves, this vacuum also sucks healing fluid back into your spinal discs and helps to push out inflammation and other waste.
Over time, this “pumping action” helps heal your spine. Which is why you should use the seated inversion therapy system every day for at least the first month to see permanent results.
Q: Will the seated decompression table scratch my floor?
A: No. Rubber non-marking pads keep the seated decompression table firmly in place and do not leave a mark.
Q: Can anyone use this?
A: No. The seated inversion therapy system is limited to people no shorter than 5'2” and no taller than 6'6” and weigh less than 250 pounds.
Q: How long do I have to invert before pain goes away?
A: Like I mentioned earlier researchers from Marquette University in Milwaukee discovered it takes just 10 seconds for pain to decrease by 35%...and...maximum pain relief within one minute.
Q: Does it swing back quickly?
A: No. The bearings are a slow-rolling variety that ensures you don't lean back too fast.
Q: I don't want to get stuck upside down!
A: No one has ever complained of getting stuck. Grab handles make it very easy to pull yourself up.
Q: Can the seated decompression table fall over on my pet or child if they bump into it?
A: Not likely. The metal chair and foot bar make it very “bottom heavy,” stable and difficult to push or pull over.
Q: Does the seated inversion therapy system fold for storage?
A: No. To fold an inversion table you need hinges. These hinges make it inherently less stable (and therefore MORE likely you could injure yourself if the table tipped over). While it would be more convenient for storage, it would also make it more dangerous to use. For this reason the seated inversion therapy system does not fold. But it only takes up about as much space as your favorite living room chair.
Q: How much does the seated decompression table weigh? Is it easy to move?
A: 75 pounds. But you don't have to be a bodybuilder to pick it up. It comes delivered unassembled. Just open the box, and move the pieces one by one wherever you plan on storing it.
Q: I'm not good with tools. Will I be able to assemble the seated decompression table?
A: Should you have any hiccups during assembly, there is a toll-free number to call for help. The instruction manual is clear and easy to read. And all tools required for assembly ship with the seated inversion therapy system.
Q: I'm afraid of falling out. Is there any possibility I could slip out of the seated inversion therapy system while upside down?
A: No way. Once secured, it is impossible to slip out of the ankle clamps. And unlike regular inversion tables, the seated inversion therapy system features a lap belt as a secondary precautionary measure.
Q: Will this hurt my ankles, knees or hips?
A: Quite the contrary. Many people report decompression therapy not only helps their back but relieves pain in other joints in their lower body as well.
However, if the strain is too much just decrease the angle of lean. Or tighten up the lap belt. This will support your hips directly and take the weight off your ankles and knees.
Q: I've tried other inversion tables. But I couldn't lean down and strap my ankles in. How is this different?
A: One of the nice features of the seated inversion therapy system is you are sitting down while securing your ankles and lap band (instead of standing straight up). This makes it much easier to lean over and make sure your ankles are firmly strapped in...and...is a main reason why so many people prefer using seated decompression.
Q: I'm not strong or athletic. Isn't it hard to pull yourself back up after you've inverted upside down?
A: Pulling yourself back up does not require strength because you are automatically perfectly balanced. It's sort of like a teeter totter (do you remember playing on one of those on a playground?).
The weight is perfectly balanced even when you are inverted. So just a gentle pull of your hands will pull you right back up.
Q: If I have questions or am unsure about anything can I speak to someone?
A: Absolutely. Unlike many companies, I believe our customers should be able to talk to a real live person when they have a question.
Once you order the seated inversion therapy system, you'll be given a toll-free 1-800 number to call 24/7 for for help with ANY question you have about back pain (not just decompression therapy).
Q: I'm still a little skeptical about trying decompression therapy. It sounds good, but I've tried other pain relief devices before with no luck. I don't want to get my hopes up just to be disappointed again... what should I do?
A: I'm glad you asked. And if you're like me, you've probably tried a number of products that claimed to rid you of pain but never worked. So, you have every right to be skeptical...
Spinal decompression therapy is different because it uses gravity to gently remove the pressure inside your spine that can push on your nerves and cause pain.
If you have bulging or herniated discs, decompression therapy can remove the pressure that caused them to bulge in the first place.
This will become a permanent thorn in your side if you don't act. There is only one reliable way to eliminate it. Prescription drugs aren't the ticket. Physical treatments like massage, chiropractic and acupuncture won't remove it. And waiting certainly won't work, either.
Only surgery and decompression therapy can help alleviate the pressure causing bulging discs and stress on ligaments, tendons and muscles that creates pressure on nerves and pain.
If you are unsure this is the cause of your pain then take the next 90 days (during the “test drive” period) to see if the seated inversion therapy system is right for you.
Experiment with different degrees of inversion and length of use.
Remember, it only takes 15 degrees and 7 minutes to feel relief.
Worst case scenario, you decide it's not for you - and you're protected by my money back guarantee.
I want YOU to be successful. So, here's the deal - I'll continue to put in 12 hours of work every day searching for the best pain relief solutions on the planet (as I've done for the past 12 years) and in return I only ask you to try decompression therapy.
That's it. If that's too much to ask - then this may not be right for you.
We're a team, and anything less just won't cut it. That's the approach that has worked for thousands of our customers - and that's the approach we're sticking to.
